1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER
Click on "The Item" you wish to buy, then... 
Click on 'Buy Now' to add the product to your cart, 
Click on 'Cart'  to see the number of "Items" you've selected,  then
Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your Email and password
Enter your shipping/billing information, ensure your address is complete and accurate
Choose your preferred payment option
Click on 'Confirm order' to complete your order. 

2. HOW DO I PAY FOR PRODUCT ON ATOOVIS 
 We have one payment method available on Atoovis.
Credit/Debit Card (pre-paid). This allows our customers to use cards such as  Visa, Mastercard, Verve etc. to make purchases.
Pre-paid payment are payment before delivery, while post-paid payment, are payment at delivery. We don't offer post-paid payment method.

3. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER
You can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service 

4. DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP ON ATOOVIS
Yes,  just register within 1 minute, at create account option 

5. HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT 
You can not return your product after delivery. 

6. I MADE A PREPAID PAYMENT, DO I NEED TO SHOW ANY DOCUMENT WHEN COLLECTING IT
Yes, you can show your voter's card, work ID, Passport or tracking number 

7. CAN SOMEONE COLLECT A PRODUCT ON MY BEHALF 
Yes, please ensure your representative has the tracking number. 

8. ARE PRODUCT ON ATOOVIS ORIGINAL AND GENUINE 
Yes. We are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and original products.
You can contact us if you think our product is not up to standard.

9. ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES WHEN I ORDER FROM ATOOVIS
No, there are no hidden costs or charges when you order from Atoovis. All costs are 100% visible. 

10. WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER HOW LONG BEFORE I GET THE PRODUCT 
Your product will be delivered to you within a reasonable time, 1-5 working days minimum and 7days maximum depending on your location, and our logistics agent services
